E-Z Scratch Chocolate
Cake Pops or Donut Holes
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter,
softened
• 1 cup brown suga
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose our
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
powder
1. Preheat Cake Pop & Donut Hole Maker.
2. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together the butter
and brown sugar.
3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the our, cream of tartar and cocoa
powder; stir into the egg mixture until well blended.
5. Bake cake pops/donut holes following the instructions outlined
in General Cake Pop/Donut Hole Baking Procedures in this
instruction manual.
6. Cool thoroughly before adding sticks for pops or decorating.
Makes: 24 – 26 chocolate cake pops or donut holes
