USEANDADJUSTMENT
• Themachinestartsmovingforwardbypullingthestartleveruptoposition“b”(Fig.n°7Ref.”B”).
Themachinewillimmediatelystopbyreleasingthelev er.
• BL250:Youcaninsertthereversegearbypullingthelever(Fig.n°7Ref.”A”).in position“b”.
• Thebestadjustmentiswhentheleverof
theforwardorofthereversegearinthepositionshowninpicture13,atadistance
ofabout10mmfromtheknob,tightensthebelt.Shouldthisnotbethecase,pleaseproceedwiththeadjustments
mentionedbelow.
• Itispossibletoadjustthetensionofthe
idlersbymeansoftheregisterscrews(Fig.n°8Ref.”A,B”and“C,D”),sothatthebeltsdo
notslidewhentheidlersaretightened.
• The handlebar can be vertically adjusted in two different positions by unscrewing the knob (Fig.n°2 Ref.”A”) and setting the
screwintheotherholeafterhavingturned
thehandlebar,thenlockingagaintheknob.
• Thetilleris50cmwide,ithasgot4knives(2piecesoneachside)andsideprotectionplates(Fig.n°9).
• Thebladesofthetiller‐knivesshouldalwaysbedirectedahead,towardsthefrontofthemachine.
• Werecommend
tousethetillerwiththesideplatesbecausetheyimprovethestabilityofthemachinewhileworking.
MAINTENANCE
• Forthenormalmaintenance(sparkplugs,airfilter,regulations)checkthebookletfortheengineincluded.
• Theframeisprovidedwithtightballbearings.Thechainforthetransmissionislubricatedwithanormallithiumgrease.
Everyyearyoushouldintroducesomegreasethroughtheholeontheframe(Fig.n°12Ref.”A”).
• Keep the machine and the tillers clean and check regularly, al least once a year, that all the screws and nuts are well tied,
especiallythescrewsofthetiller(alwayswearprotectiongloveswhenworkingonthetiller).
• BL200‐BL250: In case of breaking or wear of the
belt you can replace it after removing the side protection cover fixed to the
frameneartheengineshaftbyunscrewingthethreescrewsthatfixthecovertothesupport.(Fig.n°10Ref. ”A”),nowthebeltof
theforwardgearcanbereplaced(Fig.n°11Ref.”A”).
• BL250:Inorderto
removethebeltofthereversegearitisnecessarytoremovethesmallcover(Fig.n°11Ref.”B”)byunscrewing
itsscrew.Removethebeltfromthepulleys,installthenewbeltandadjustitfollowingtheinstructionsmentionedinthechapter
USEANDADJUSTMENTS,thenreplacethecover.
• Thepin
fixingthebiggerpulleytotheframepinionhasalsogota safetypurpose:incasethereisaheavyobstacleitwillbreak
avoidingdamagestootherpartsofthemachine.
• Abrokenpinhastobereplacedbyasimilaronebyputtingthenewpinin
theholeusingahammerandaripper.Toremovethe
coverguardfollowtheinstructionsmentionedabove.
• Foranytechnicalrepairespeciallyduringtheguaranteeperiod,itisrecommendabletoapplytothespecializedworkshopsofour
dealers.
CAUTION
Itisadvisednottokeepthemotorrunningwhenthemachineisnotbeingusedforitsspecificpurpose
