8.2.4 Warranty and post-warranty inspections
Every 3000 hours of
operation or after
one year from the
purchase date
(if the compressor
has not operated
3000 hours during a
year)
- Replace:
• filter mat at the cooling air inlet,
• air filter cartridge,
• compressed air filter cartridges,
• oil filter,
• oil.
- Check:
• the alignment of the pulleys, the
condition and tension of the V-belts
(where applicable) and tension them if
necessary,
• the condition of the elastic coupling
(where applicable),
• connections for leaks and repair them
if necessary,
• pressure switch or pressure
transmitter for correct operation,
• check valve for correct operation,
• oil temperature indicator or
temperature transmitter for correct
operation,
• safety valve condition,
• motor thermal protection setting,
• fan condition.
- Carry out visual inspection of the electrical
system and check it for correct operation.
- Clean the air and oil cooler ribs.
Every 6000 hours of
operation or after 2
years from the
purchase date
(if the compressor
has not operated
6000 hours during 2
years)
Carry out the same operations as in the inspection
every 3000 hours and additionally the following:
- Replace
• oil separator,
• V-belts (where applicable),
• thermostat cartridge,
• steering valve service kit*.
- Inspect the electric motor.
Every 9000 hours of
operation or after 3
years from the
purchase date
(if the compressor
has not operated
9000 hours during 3
years)
Carry out the same operations as in the inspection
every 3000 hours and additionally the following:
- Replace
• seal in screw air end,
• min pressure valve service kit,
• suction valve service kit
