During the warranty period, the inspections must only be performed by the
manufacturer service or authorised service centre listed in the Warranty
Book.
If the machine is operated in severe conditions, the maintenance work must be carried out
more often.
The severe conditions include:
- Too low / high temperature in a room,
- Dusty environment,
- Frequent switching of the machine between idle and loaded running.
8.2.5 General remarks
- In case of short compressing cycles and long intervals between switching (the compressor
does not reach the operating temperature between 70°C and 90 °C), there is a risk of
condensate (water) accumulation inside the screw block or oil tank. The condensate should
be regularly drained, every 100 hours of operation or once a week.
- Failure to perform and document the inspections will void the warranty.
