Functions in the BSR mode
Needle stop down (default)
►
the arrow points down on the BSR-Display
►
the sewing computer stops with needle down, when taking foot off foot
control or engaging the «Start/Stop»-button
Needle stop up

press the «Needle stop»-button

the arrow points up
►
the sewing computer stops with needle up, when taking foot off foot control
or engaging the «Start/Stop»-button
Raise or lower the needle
█
press «Needle stop»-button

to raise or to lower the needle
Securing with the «Start/Stop»-button (only Mode 1)
█
place the fabric under the presser foot
█
lower presser foot
█
press the «Needle stop»-button twice
►
the lower thread is brought up
█
hold upper and lower thread
█
press the «Start/Stop»-button
►
BSR mode is activated
█
sew 5-6 securing stitches
█
press the «Start/Stop»-button
►
BSR mode is deactivated
█
cut threads
█
press the «Start/Stop»-button
►
BSR mode is activated

continue the stitching process
Securing function (only Mode 2)

press the «Securing function»-button
█
press either the foot control or the «Start/Stop»-button
By moving the fabric some short securing stitches are sewn, then the set
stitch length will be activated and the securing function will be automatically
deactivated.
Beeper (Acoustic Signal) Activation/Deactivation

select the «Setup»-Program
█
select the icon «BSR Beep» via the «Navigation»-buttons
█
press the «OK»-button to confirm
█
select left icon
█
press «OK»-button to confirm

Beeper is activated
█
select right icon
█
press «OK»-button to confirm
►
Beeper is deactivated
█
press the «Back»-button
►
the main menu appears
█
press «BSR»-button
►
the BSR-Display appears (mode 1 or 2)
when the Beeper is activated, the signal is heard as soon as the sewing
computer sews at maximal speed
when the BSR mode is quit, the Beeper keeps the current setting (activated
or deactivated)
