There is excess tension on
the tape mandrel assembly
Adjust the mandrel knurled wheel *
Rollers in the tape path do
not rotate freely
Clean adhesive deposits from the surface,
ends, and shafts. Then lubricate roller shafts.
Remove all lubricants from roller surfaces
Blade not cutting tape
properly
Refer to tape cutting problems; surface, ends,
shafts, and the rollers *
Tape threaded incorrectly Rethread the tape *
