5. MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before attempting to remove the battery door or open the case, be sure that test
leads have been disconnected from measurement circuit to avoid electric shock
hazard.
5.1 BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. If the sign appears on the LCD display, it indicates that the battery should be
replaced.
2. Loosen the screw fixing the battery door and remove it.
3. Replace the exhausted battery with a new one.
4. Put the battery door as its origin.
5.2 FUSE REPLACEMENT
WARNING!
To avoid electrical shock, remove test leads from measurement circuits before re-
placing the fuse. For protection against fire, replace fuses only with specified rat-
ings:
F1: F 200mA/250V; F2: F 10A/250V.
