DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE
3.1 Description of working cycle
S/R/TOP Versions
The line pressure of the water directly coming from the water supply line (VERSION R) or, by means of
a pump, from the tank located on the rear of the machine (VERSION S - TOP-TANK) or from the water
supply line (VERSION TOP-DIRECT WATER CONNECTION), enables to load the boiler and, through
a relief valve set to 12 bar (1.2 MPa), the exchanger load.
The water in the boiler, heated by a resist-
ance, warms the water in the exchanger. Lowering the group lever, the water is directly pumped from the
exchanger to the group chamber; when the group lever is released, coffee is brewed.
