• Set the motors in place on the correct geometry
(plumb with top hinge for under ground or A = B for rams)
• Install any gate stops to be used (mandatory for hydraulics-except Lux FC)
• Manual release and set limit switch positions (Igea only)
• Set the gates at 45° (half open/shut) and close the manual releases
• Connect up the motor and supply cables
(Single motor systems use only motor 2 connections)
• Do not connect any accessories at this stage and leave all jumpers in place
• Run the Quick menu – press OK once
• Run the motors (1 sec. link 30/31) – check that both are opening and not
closing
• Swap terminals 5&6 or 8&9 if either gate moves in the close direction
• Close both gates on manual & close the manual releases
• Run the gates through several cycles and check settings
• run the traditional menu to make adjustments – press OK twice rapidly
• Add accessories one
at a time and test each one before moving on
