FILLING WITH BULK GREASE
1. Disassembly the sleeve from the top of unit by
turning counter-clockwise.
2. Dip the sleeve into the grease.
3. Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism,
when the piston rod is drawn more, the sleeve must
be dipped deeper.
4. Filling is completed when the piston is moved back
to the stop.
5. Pull sleeve out of the grease, clean the outside of
the sleeve and install the sleeve again at the top of
the unit by turning it clockwise.
6. Push the release button, the piston is pushed
forward by the spring mechanism.
7. Press pump lever several times, to push air out of
the tube connection on grease gun.
8. Install the tube with nozzle onto the grease gun.
