Lever Type Grease Gun, 400 g

TENDED USE
This grease gun is made to lubricate e.g. bearings, shafts, joints on machines, automobiles, agricultural
vehicles and equipment and is suitable for filling with 400 g grease cartridge (DIN 1284), loose grease and
filling equipment.

Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
• This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on operating the unit. Please pass it
on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third party!
• Dispose of the packaging materials carefully; the plastic bags may become a deadly toy for children.
• Make sure that all parts are firmly assembled before you use the grease gun.

INTENANCE AND CLEANING
Do not clean the grease gun with aggressive detergents or aggressive chemicals.
The grease gun is low maintenance unit in general. Because of the operator obligations have to be
regularly checked parts like head unit, screw joints, lever, hoses, nozzle, etc to avoid environmental or
property damage and to avoid persons being hurt.
FILL
ING WITH CARTRIDGE
1. Disassembly the sleeve from the top of unit by
turning counter-clockwise.
2. Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism.
3. Push the opened grease cartridge into the sleeve.
4. Install the sleeve with cartridge again at the top of
the unit by turning it clockwise.
5. Push the release button, the piston is pushed
forward by the spring mechanism.
6. Push the still protruding piston rod forward by hand.
7. Press pump lever several times, to push air out of
the tube connection of grease gun.
8. Install the tube with nozzle onto the grease gun.
Working Pressure: 310 Bar (4500 PSI)
Maximum Pressure: 550-690 Bar (8000-10000 PSI)
