The machine does not
switch on.
- The machine is not
connected to the

- Connect the machine to the mains
power.

The pump is very noisy. - Empty tank. - Fill the tank with clean water.
The machine stops dispen-
sing.
- The dispensing time
(100 seconds) has
elapsed.
- Start another dispensing.
The machine pre-heating is
very slow.
- There is a lot of lime-
scale in the machine.
- Carry out the descaling cycle.
The coffee is watery, wi-
thout cream.
- Used capsule.
- Repeat dispensing with a new
capsule.
- Contact an authorized Service
Centre.
The coffee is not dispensed
or it is delivered in drops.
- Nozzle clogged. - Carry out the descaling cycle.
Both lights blink at the
same time.
- Capsule drawer not
positioned.
- Insert the drawer properly.
Both lights blink alternati-
vely.
- Temperature sensor
failure.
- Switch the machine off and allow
it to cool for 15-20 minutes, and
then try again.
