3 ....MAKING COFFEE
3a - Using ground coffee
Use ground coffee suitable for machines for “bar”- type espresso coffee.
Check that there is enough water in tank (5).
Do not use machine if there is no water in tank (5).

• Remove ! lter holder (10) from its housing.
• Place desired ! lter inside ! lter holder (10), making sure to ! t the tabs on the side of the ! lter “C1” into the
slots in the ! lter holder ”C2” (! g. “C”).
- “12” for one cup (! g.“F”)
- “13” for two cups (! g.“G”).
• If using ! lter for one cup (12), with a teaspoon, ! ll with about 8 grams* coffee or if a two cup ! lter (13) is
being used, ! ll with about 14 grams* coffee (! g.”H”).
• Lightly press the coffee in the ! lter down with a teaspoon (! g.“I”).
• Insert the ! lter holder (10) into its housing (! g.“E”).

When delivery of coffee is over, empty the • lter (12 or 13) and rinse • lter and • lter holder (10) thoroughly.
After rinsing, shake both parts in order to eliminate any residual water.

14 grams*= about 6-8 teaspoons.
