The new caps patented by Bialetti are unique on the market because they contain all the requisites for a
perfect Made In Bialetti Espresso in a sole product:
• PERFECTLY DOSED: they contain more than 7 grams of coffee, as expressly stated by the Italian
Espresso Certi! cate requirements.
• IN ALUMINIUM: the only material that, unlike common plastic caps, is able to preserve the organic sub-
stances found in coffee, thus guaranteeing coffee that will always be fresh and taste freshly ground.
