TesiraFORTÉ Fan Replacement
This article will walk you through the process to replace the fan inside of a TesiraFORTÉ unit. Please read this
document carefully in its entirety before beginning as there are delicate components inside the TesiraFORTÉ.
Locate the fan
The fan is located at the front of the Chassis for the TesiraFORTÉ, on the left side of the unit if you are looking straight
on at the device. Make sure that all cables are disconnected from the unit before you remove the Chassis from the rack,
and verify that the device has been powered down.
Open the chassis
Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the three screws shown below from the back of the TesiraFORTÉ chassis.
Lift off the top plate to remove it and set aside.
