Connect the hose as shown in the diagram for operation.
Fill the cup with strained fluid according to manufacturer's recommendations.
Ensure the container cover is fastened securely before use.
Close the air adjusting valve by turning it clockwise.
Set air pressure at the oil/water extractor to 35-80 PSI for desired atomization.
Set regulator on pressure cup to 10 PSI for enamels or 5 PSI for lacquers.
Open the air adjusting valve to allow air to enter the system.
Perform test spray strokes to check for proper atomization and even particle distribution.
Use the lowest air pressure that properly atomizes paint to minimize overspray and waste.
Adjust fluid pressure first, then atomization air pressure for desired coverage speed.
Grease cup threads for easier removal and to prevent leakage.
Open air release valve, reduce cup pressure to zero, loosen cover, and set fluid tube.
Loosen air nozzle, cover with cloth, and pull trigger to force solvent into cup.
Remove and thoroughly clean the cup and cover.
Attach cover, set fluid pressure with solvent, and flush until clear.
Clean air nozzle, blow dry, and reassemble cover loosely.
Achieves atomization by mixing air and fluid directly within the air nozzle.
Set extractor air pressure to 45 PSI, and fluid pressure to 20 PSI, adjusting as needed.
