9.9.3. MENU 7. SYSTEM MENU
This menu allows the access to technical menu. This access is protected by password and
is only available for our after sales service. Otherwise, non authorized person acceding this
menu will follow by a warranty lost.
10. ALARMS
In case of an anomaly during operation, the electronics of the boiler intervene and highlight
the irregularities that have taken place in the standard operation of the boiler, depending on
the type of fault.
Every alarm situation puts the boiler to be an automatic “lock out” state. By pressing we can unlock it. Once the boiler has reached the
appropriate cooling temperature, the user can restart it up (Check the chapter 9.7.11.). The list of alarm codes that we can see and the
description, are shown in the following table:

Er01 Intervention of the safety thermostat, even when the boiler is turned off
Er02 Intervention of the safety air pressure switch, only when the smoke fan is working
Er03 Switching off of the boiler due to smoke temperature decrease Possible lack of fuel or blockage of it.
Er04 Turning off the boiler due to overheating of the water temperature
Er05 Switching off of the boiler due to overheating of the smoke temperature
Er07 Error Encoder: the encoder of the smoke extractor does not receive signal
Er08 Error Encoder: the adjustment of the smoke extractor speed is not possible
Er09 Low water pressure
Er10 High water pressure
Er11 Values DATE/TIME are not exact after a long power failure
Er12 Ignition of the boiler unsuccessful
Er15 Power dip
Er16 Error Display communication
Er17 Smoke extractor do not regulate due to an excess or fault of flow
Er18 Lack of fuel (pellet)
Er23 SHW accumulator probe not connected
Er25 Error of the burner cleaning base. Only mod. HydroConfort.
Er27 Error broken cleaning motor.
