  If your BIRD Measuring Instruments aren't showing any meter indication, here are a few things to check: * First, verify the RF source and test the battery, replacing it if necessary due to weakness or failure. * Ensure the arrow on the plug-in element points in the direction of power flow; reposition if needed. * Inspect DC meter leads for open or short circuits and replace them if defective. * If the meter is burned out or the wattmeter is damaged, consider replacing it or returning it to the factory for replacement and recalibration. * Also, check the DC contact finger.
