SLICER BLADE REMOVAL
Turn main disconnect switch (Red Handle)”ON.” Open the Blade Door.
Press and hold in the Brake Release button with your left hand. The blade may now be moved by hand into the
most suitable position for disassembly. Rotate the back at edge of the blade with your right hand to desired
position. Release the Brake Release button.
Turn the main disconnect switch(Red Handle)”OFF,” and Unplug the Horizontal Slicer from the Power Source
before removing the Blade.
Use a

/16” Box Wrench to loosen only the outer 4 fasteners.
Do not loosen the center fastener.
Grip the back at edge of the blade rmly with one hand and use the other hand to loosen and remove the 4
fasteners.
Secure the removed Blade in a stable position and safe location.
