      If the battery pack for your Black & Decker Drill won't charge, ensure the charger is properly plugged into a working outlet. Also, the surrounding air temperature might be too hot or too cold. Move the charger and battery pack to an area where the surrounding air temperature is above 40 degrees F (4.5ºC) or below 105 degrees F (40.5ºC).
