      Your Black & Decker Power Tool battery pack may not be charging for a couple of reasons. First, make sure the charger is properly plugged into a working outlet. Second, the surrounding air temperature might be too hot or too cold. Move the charger and battery pack to an area where the temperature is above 40 degrees F (4.5ºC) or below 105 degrees F (40.5ºC).
