Video Settings
■ Noise filter.
This option defines how the IP-KVM switch reacts to small changes in the video input
signal. A large filter setting creates less network traffic and leads to a faster video dis
play, but small changes in some display regions may not be recognized immediately. A
small filter displays all changes instantly but may lead to a constant amount of net
work traffic even if the display content is not changing (depending on the quality of
the video input signal). The default setting should be suitable for most situations..
■ Force Composite Sync (Required for Sun Computers).
To support signal transmission from a Sun machine, enable this option. If not enabled
the picture of the remote console will not be visible.
To set the options, click on the “Apply” button.
