ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
Griddle assembly involves large components; therefore, it is advised to have
two people assemble the unit.
STEP
With the help of another person, remove the griddle body from
the packaging and lay it upside down on a smooth, at surface.
Unfold the legs and install the two (2) wheels to the assembly wtih two (2)
small thumb screws.
STEP
Attach the bottom tray on the le with one (1) large thumbscrew.
Secure the tray and lower tank holder on the right with one (1) meduim
thumbscrew.
STEP
With the help of another person, place the griddle on its wheels.
Install the griddle handle to the le side of the griddle body with four (4)
M6X12 bolts from the outside of the body.
STEP
Attach the paper towel holder to the bracket on the right side
of the griddle unit with one (1) M6X16 bolt and two (2) washers. Attach the
hard cover handles and hooks with four (4) M4X10 bolts screwed in from
the bottom.
TOOLS NEEDED: Phillips Head
