STEP 01
Remove the griddle body from the packaging. Push the
griddle top forward to unlock the pins from the 4 holes. Set the
griddle top and hood aside.
STEP 02
Place the griddle body upside down. Remove the eight (8)
M6x12 bolts on the griddle body and set aside.

