Wrong abrasive.
Incorrect setting of the
control cage

The thrown abrasive
blasts the housing and
not the surface to be
blasted. Adjust the blast
pattern.
Machine is not
moving
The travel speed is too
low.
Increase the travel
speed.
9.2 Fault diagnosis - electrical system
Prior to any repair works on the machine or its drives the
machine must be secured against unintentional switching-on.
Put the machine to its Safety off position.

not switch on
Motor protection switch
has triggered.
Check and switch on
again. Check the mains
power supply.
