Why does my Blomberg WM 67121 NBL00 Washer smell bad?
R
reneehuangSep 2, 2025
Bad odor in the drum and detergent dispenser can result from continuous washing at lower temperatures and/or in short programs. To prevent this, leave the dispenser drawer as well as the loading door ajar after each washing to avoid creating a humid environment favorable for bacteria. For monthly cleaning procedure of the drum, see “Cleaning the Drum”. Wash and clean the dispenser with warm water frequently (See “Cleaning Detergent Dispenser”).

Why is my Blomberg Washer load still too soapy?
A
Alexander MedinaAug 31, 2025
If your Blomberg washer load is still too soapy or full of suds at the end of the program, it's likely because you're not using HE detergent or you're using too much detergent. To fix this, do not unload the washer. Operate a quick wash cycle (e.g. Delicates, Wools) without any detergent. Add 1-2 tablespoons of fabric softener into the main wash compartment of the detergent dispenser during water intake. Use the proper amount of HE detergent next time you operate the washer.

Why is my Blomberg WM 67121 NBL00 vibrating too much?
A
Alexandra MercadoAug 31, 2025
If your Blomberg washer vibrates, shakes, or makes too much noise, it could be due to:
* Feet needing adjustment: Adjust the washer feet.
* Shipping bolts not removed: Remove the shipping bolts.
* Small laundry load: Add more laundry to the drum for even load distribution next time you operate the washer.
* Overloaded drum or unevenly distributed clothes: Reduce the amount of laundry or balance the load by hand next time you operate the washer.
* Appliance touching a solid surface: Ensure that nothing touches the washer.

What to do if my Blomberg WM 67121 NBL00 load is still too wet?
K
Kyle ThompsonAug 30, 2025
If your load is still too wet at the end of the program, it could be due to:
* Unbalance detection: Caused by 1-2 small items in the drum (uneven load distribution). Add more laundry (e.g., a few additional towels) to the drum and start a “Spin” or “Spin&Drain” cycle.
* Poor spinning results: Due to not using HE detergent or using an excessive amount of detergent. Use the proper amount of HE detergent.

If your Blomberg washer is completely full of suds, it's likely due to not using HE detergent or using an excessive amount of detergent. To resolve this, push the “Start/Pause/Cancel” button. Mix 2 cups of water with 1-2 tablespoons of fabric softener and pour it into the detergent dispenser. Push the “Start/ Pause/Cancel” button again.
