Why is the rinsing performance poor in my Blomberg WM 77110 NBL00 Washer?
    • T
      thomasmarySep 16, 2025
If your Blomberg washer rinsing performance is poor, laundry should be rearranged and re-spun, if there may be an imbalance of laundry in the machine and the laundry in the drum may be tangled up too much. Store detergents in a cool and dry place and do not keep them under high temperatures. Use HE detergent. Reduce the amount of detergent. Check the drain hose and straighten if necessary. Clean the drain pump filter. If the house drain pipes are clogged, call a plumber for assistance.

What to do if the door of my Blomberg Washer will not open?
    • L
      Laurie RoweAug 25, 2025
If your Blomberg washer door won't open, run a “Drain”, “Spin” or “Drain&Spin” program if the water level is too high. If the washer is heating up water or is at the spinning cycle, wait until the process is over. The door can be opened a few minutes after the program has stopped. If the door still can not be opened after minimum ten minutes the program has stopped, turn the on/off button to the off position. In this situation, call the qualified service technician.

Why didn't my Blomberg Washer spin?
    • W
      Wayne BassAug 26, 2025
If your Blomberg washer did not spin, the automatic spin correction system might have been activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum. Laundry should be rearranged and re-spun, if the laundry in the drum may be tangled up too much. Add more laundry to the drum and start a “Spin” or “Spin&Drain” cycle if the unbalance detection is due to 1-2 small items in the drum. Check the drain hose and straighten if necessary. See “Spin Speed Selection.”, if “No spin” setting may be adjusted. Clean the drain pump filter, if drain pump filter or drain itself may be clogged. If the house drain pipes are clogged, call a plumber for assistance.

Why is there residue in my Blomberg WM 77110 NBL00 Washer dispenser?
    • H
      Heather VazquezSep 17, 2025
If your Blomberg washer has detergent or softener residue in the dispenser or too much water remains in the softener compartment, dry the dispenser drawer before putting in powder detergent, if detergent (powder) may have been put in wet dispenser drawer. Store detergent in a cool and dry place and do not keep them under high temperatures, if detergent (powder) may have gotten damp. Dilute the softener by pouring some warm water on it (dilute up to max fill line), if softener may be too dense or concentrated. Softener/bleach should not come into contact with detergent when being added, if detergent might be mixed with the bleach/softener.

Why is the water temperature wrong in my Blomberg WM 77110 NBL00 Washer?
    • T
      Tara RoySep 9, 2025
If your Blomberg washer water fill temperature is incorrect, disconnect inlet hoses from the valves and clean inlet strainers and valve filters of any debris. Run the hot water faucets in the bathroom or kitchen for a short time to purge the hot water line, if there may be a long distance between the water heater and washer. Be sure that your water heater is delivering hot water min 120F (49C) at the faucet, if there may be a problem with water heater.
