Why are there oily stains on my laundry after using my Blomberg WM67120?
    • M
      matthew71Sep 16, 2025
Oily accumulations from prior wash cycles on the drum may have stuck to the laundry, so the washer must be operated empty at a sanitary cycle with detergent. The detergent may have been placed into the wrong compartment or mixed with the softener, so ensure softener does not contact detergent when being added.

What to do if my Blomberg Washer won't open?
    • J
      joshuasmithAug 25, 2025
The water level might be too high; run a 'Drain', 'Spin' or 'Drain&Spin' program. The washer might be heating up the water or spinning; wait until it's over. Due to an electrical safety mechanism, the door can only be opened a few minutes after the program stops; wait until the process is over.

Why is my Blomberg WM67120 Washer continuously spinning?
    • K
      kellyhallAug 26, 2025
An imbalance of load in the drum can cause this. The automatic spin correction system might have been activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum. Also, the laundry in the drum may be tangled up too much. Laundry should be rearranged and re-spun. No spinning is performed when the laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum to prevent any damage to the appliance and to its environment.

Why is my Blomberg Washer not spinning?
    • M
Mr. Travis Blackburn MDAug 27, 2025
An imbalance of load in the drum may prevent spinning. The laundry may be tangled up too much, so rearrange and re-spun it. Unbalance detection due to 1-2 small items in the drum (uneven load distribution) can cause this, so add more laundry (e.g. a few additional towels). A folded drain hose can also be the issue, so check and straighten it. The 'No spin' setting may be adjusted; see 'Spin Speed Selection'. The drain pump filter or drain itself may be clogged; clean the drain pump filter, and if the house drain pipes are clogged, call a plumber.

Why does my Blomberg Washer have water in it?
    • A
      alyssa14Sep 17, 2025
There may be some water in your appliance when you receive it. This is from the quality control process and is normal. It is not harmful to your washer. You should run a 'sanitary' cycle without any clothes and laundry additives before the first use of your washer.

Why is there a clanking noise in the drum of my Blomberg WM67120?
    • K
      Kelly SteeleSep 23, 2025
Metal objects such as coins, pins may be in the drum. Stop the program cycle (See 'Cancelling a Program'), and check the drum for any foreign objects.

Why is my Blomberg WM67120 Washer load wrinkled after washing?
    • V
      Victoria TorresSep 8, 2025
Wrinkling can occur if there's a delay in unloading the washer, so unload it as soon as the wash cycle ends. The wrong program cycle might have been selected; select the proper one (See 'Laundry Tips' & 'Program Cycle Selection'). Overloading the washer can also cause wrinkles, so do not load the washer in excess.

Why is my Blomberg Washer washing performance poor?
    • R
      Rebecca SteeleSep 9, 2025
Using too little detergent can cause this, so use the recommended amount of HE detergent. Washing at low temperatures for too long can also be a factor; select the proper temperature. If you have hard water, not enough detergent can cause laundry to turn gray. Too much detergent can also cause this. Make sure you are using HE detergent. Sort the wash load by color. Ensure the hot water inlet temperature is high enough (120-140F). A higher temperature might have been selected, so select the proper program cycle and temperature.

Why does my Blomberg Washer have excess foaming?
    • A
      amber89Sep 2, 2025
This may be because you are using too much detergent, so use the recommended amount of HE detergent. It could also be that you aren't using HE detergent, so switch to HE detergent. Improperly stored detergent may also cause this, so store it in a cool and dry place. The type of material being washed (like lace) can also cause this, so reduce the amount of detergent for lace items.

Why is my Blomberg WM67120 load still too wet?
    • H
      holly08Aug 31, 2025
An uneven load distribution, such as having only one or two small items in the drum, can cause unbalance detection. Add more laundry, like a few towels, and start a 'Spin' or 'Spin&Drain' cycle. Also, using the wrong type, or too much detergent may cause poor spinning results. Use the proper amount of HE detergent.
