Why is my Blomberg WM67120 continuously washing?
If the countdown is paused while taking in water, the timer won't countdown until the washer is filled with the correct amount of water to avoid poor washing results due to lack of water. Then the timer will start to count down. If the countdown is paused at the heating step, time will not count down until the selected temperature for the program cycle is reached. If the countdown is paused at the spinning step, there may be an imbalance of laundry in the drum and the automatic spin correction system might have been activated. The laundry in the drum may be tangled up too much; laundry should be rearranged and re-spun. No spinning is performed when the laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum to prevent any damage to the appliance and to its environment.
Why is my Blomberg WM67120 Washer load still too soapy?
This issue may arise if you're not using HE detergent or using too much of it. Do not unload the washer. Operate a quick wash cycle (e.g. Delicates, Wools) without any detergent. Add 1-2 tablespoon of fabric softener into main wash compartment of detergent dispenser during water intake. Use the proper amount of HE detergent next time.

The filter cap of the drain pump may not be properly fitted; make sure it is tightly closed. Internal hose connections should be checked by a service technician.

An uneven load distribution, such as having only one or two small items in the drum, can cause unbalance detection. Add more laundry, like a few towels, and start a 'Spin' or 'Spin&Drain' cycle. Low water pressure can cause the washer to wait until there's enough water, lengthening the cycle. Low supply voltage can also lengthen the cycle. Too much HE detergent can increase the number of rinse cycles. Reduce the amount of detergent next time.
What to do if my Blomberg WM67120 is making too much noise?
The feet of your Blomberg washer might need adjustment; see 'Levelling the Washer'. Also, ensure the shipping bolts have been removed; see 'Removing Transport/Shipping Bolts'. If you have a small amount of laundry, add more items for a more even load distribution. If the drum is overloaded, reduce the amount of laundry or balance the load by hand. Make sure nothing is touching the washer.
What causes detergent residue in the dispenser of my Blomberg WM67120 Washer?
If you are using powder detergent, the dispenser drawer may have been wet when you put it in. Dry the dispenser drawer before adding powder detergent. The detergent may have gotten damp, so store it in a cool and dry place. The softener may be too dense or concentrated; dilute it by pouring some warm water on it (dilute up to the max fill line).
