How to fix Blue Clean Pressure Washer that will not turn on?
    • E
      Edward BrownAug 5, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer won't turn on, ensure it's in the “OFF” position before plugging the electrical cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet, avoiding extension cords. If the plug doesn't fit, the outlet may not be properly grounded. Try another outlet and press the reset button on the GFCI power box. The color of red should be visible in the little window on the GFCI. If it is staying red, turn the power switch on the power washer to “ON”, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun and try again. If issues persist, try another outlet and repeat the process.

What to do if Blue Clean AR391SS Pressure Washer runs but has no water flow?
    • P
      Patrick JohnsonAug 11, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is running, but no water is flowing, first check the water source. Then, unclog the nozzle on the lance, referring to the nozzle cleaning instructions. Alternatively, remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to determine if the lance is the source of the problem.

Why is my Blue Clean AR391SS Pressure Washer leaking at the hose connection?
    • A
      Austin HamiltonAug 18, 2025
If water leaks where the high-pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, check for an o-ring at the end of the high-pressure hose's metal tip. Without the o-ring, the connection will leak. O-Ring Kits are available online at www.arblueclean.com or call Customer Service at 1-866-235-5112 to place an order.

How to remove lance from Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • J
      Jonathan ConwayAug 25, 2025
To remove the lance from the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, insert the quick-release end of the lance into the spray gun. Press the spray gun and lance together (about a 1/8”) and turn clockwise to lock it. To remove, press together and turn counter-clockwise to slide it out. Alternatively, hold the spray gun and lance upright with the nozzle end on the floor and push down to loosen the connection before attempting removal. Soapy water or a lubricant in the area where the lance connects to the spray gun may also help.

What to do if Blue Clean AR391SS turns on then off?
    • M
      Melinda SmithAug 29, 2025
Your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is likely functioning correctly. It may turn on briefly to prime the pump when connected to water and then shut off, waiting for the spray gun trigger to be pressed. To ensure continuous operation, turn the power switch off, hold the trigger on the spray gun to create a steady water stream, and then simultaneously turn the power switch on.
