What to do if my Blue Clean AR 383 Pressure Washer turns on for 2 seconds, shuts off, and won't turn back on?
    • A
      allenalexanderAug 3, 2025
To address a Blue Clean Pressure Washer that turns on briefly then shuts off, ensure water is connected, accessories are correctly assembled, and the power switch is on; the unit primes the pump and waits for the spray gun trigger. Pressing the trigger starts water flow, activating the water sensor to turn on the washer. Alternatively, with the power off, hold the spray gun trigger to create a steady water stream while simultaneously turning the power on.

How to fix a Blue Clean AR 383 Pressure Washer that will not turn on?
    • J
      Jennifer RiveraAug 8, 2025
To troubleshoot a Blue Clean Pressure Washer that won't turn on, first ensure it's in the “OFF” position. Then, plug the electrical cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet, avoiding extension cords. If the plug doesn't fit, the outlet may not be properly grounded. Try another outlet.

Why is water leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun on my Blue Clean AR 383?
    • A
      Amber KingAug 13, 2025
If water leaks where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, ensure there's an o-ring at the metal tip of the high pressure hose. Without the o-ring, the connection will leak.

What to do if my Blue Clean AR 383 is running but there is no pressure?
    • A
      awebbAug 17, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer unit is running, but there is no pressure, check the water source. Also, try to unclog the nozzle on the lance, referring to the nozzle cleaning instructions. Alternatively, remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to identify if the lance is the issue.

I can’t remove the lance from the spray gun of my Blue Clean AR 383 Pressure Washer. What should I do?
    • X
      xdiazAug 23, 2025
If you can't remove the lance from the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, remember that all lances and the detergent tank attach and detach the same way. Insert the lance into the spray gun, press them together about 1/8 inch, and turn clockwise to lock. To remove, press together and turn counter-clockwise to slide it out. You can also hold the spray gun and lance upright to loosen the connection, and then try the removal process again. Spraying soapy water or lubricant where the lance connects to the spray gun may also help.

What to do if the high pressure (HP) hose will not connect / stay connected to the spray gun of my Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • M
      Michelle HoganAug 28, 2025
If the high pressure hose won't connect or stay connected to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, the issue is likely with the rubber sleeve. Pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible plus an 1/8”. It should click into place. It will not come out until the hose is released by pushing in the lever on the underside of the gun. If needed, carefully cut away the end of the sleeve, but avoid damaging the hose.
