DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The product indicated in the title of this manual and described therein, combined with the
single-phase mains lter FL-01 and installed following the directions:
control unit power cables and motor power cables of shielded (or armored)
with the individual conductors having a cross section greater than or equal to 2.5 mm²
complies with the provisions of the following European Directives and
national implementing provisions and to the following technical standards:
Machinery 98/37/CEE
Low Voltage 73/23/CEE and subsequent amendments
EMC 89/336/CE
EN60034, EN60335-1, EN 60335-2-41, EN 55014-1, EN 55014-2, EN 61000-3-2,
EN 61000-3-3, EN 61000-3-4, EN 61000-3-12, EN292-1, EN292-2, EN50-178
Such cables must be of the minimum essential length. The shield of the conductors must be
grounded on both sides. On motors, take advantage of
the housing metal for grounding the shield.
To avoid ground loops that can create radiated noise (antenna eect), the motor driven by the
inverter control unit should be grounded individually, always with a
low-impedance connection using the machine housing.
The paths of the mains power and control unit-motor cables should be as far apart as possible,
do not create loops, do not run them parallel and at distances of less than 50 cm;
if they must intersect, the directions should be at 90 degrees to produce minimum coupling.
Failure to observe these conditions could completely or
partially nullify the eect of the noise lter.
