Folding back the backrest
1. Fold the rear seat backrest rearward. The
rear seat backrest first engages in the load-
ing position.
2. Pull the loop on the side of the seat.
3. Return the rear seat backrest to the upright
seat position and engage it.
Cargo cover

cover is securely engaged in the brackets.

folding cargo cover is operated. There is a
risk of injury. When operating the folding
cargo cover, make sure that the travel path
of the cover is clear.
Removing the cargo cover
The cover can be removed to load bulky lug-
gage.
1.
Detach the retaining straps at the tailgate.
2. Grasp the cover with both hands on the
rear edge and lift slightly, arrow 1.
3. Firmly pull the cover backward out of the
brackets, arrow 2.
Inserting the cargo cover
Proceed in the reverse order to reinstall. Make
sure that the cargo cover is positioned cor-
rectly in the brackets and that it is engaged.

The cargo area partition net can be installed in
two different positions in the vehicle.
