1. Lock key error message pops up.
Please check if you put the right lock key into PC.
Please try to connect another PC USB port.
Please re-install Lock key driver.
2. Camera connection error message pops up.
- Check if the USB cable is connected well between PC and the machine.
- Connect the machine to another PC USB port and try it again.
- Check if the power switch( at back of the machine) turned on. If not, turn it on and try
again.
- Check if the power cord is well plugged into an electrical outlet.
3. I lost the program CD or USB lock key.
CD and USB lock key can‟t be provided in free due to our copyright.
Especially, USB Lock key can be lost or damaged during use. please be extra careful.
