By default recipes are displayed as images in alphabetical order. They can be
displayed via 6 principal families with direct access to the recipes (in the same way as
factory recipes)

Recipe displayed by list or photos
To add a favourite recipe: select a recipe from the factory or clients list, then press a free space for 3 seconds
