  If your Bonsaii Paper Shredder stops working, first ensure the power plug is correctly connected. Check if the machine head is aligned with the paper waste bucket. If the power supply voltage is too low, turn off the shredder and wait for it to stabilize. If the shredder overheated from prolonged use, allow it to cool down. For thin paper, add an opaque sheet or fold it multiple times. If overloading caused the issue, reduce the paper quantity. If you suspect a damaged power cable, replace it with one having the same specifications; otherwise, contact customer service. Finally, empty the basket if it's full.
