Overview

This document provides a user manual and installation instructions for a Bosch Oven, specifically models HBF133BR0I and HBF532BA0I.

Function Description

The Bosch Oven is designed for preparing meals and drinks in private households and domestic environments, up to an altitude of 4000 m above sea level. It offers various heating types and functions to ensure optimal cooking results. The appliance is intended for built-in installation in kitchen units.

Available Heating Types:

  • 3D Hot Air: Bakes or roasts on one or more levels, distributing heat evenly from the ring-shaped heating element in the back wall.
  • Hot Air Gentle: Cooks selected dishes gently on one level without preheating, using residual heat. Ideal for energy-efficient cooking.
  • Full-surface Grill: Grills flat items like steak, sausages, or toast, and gratinates food. The entire grill element becomes hot.
  • Hot Air Grilling: Roasts poultry, whole fish, or large pieces of meat. The grill element and fan switch on and off alternately, circulating hot air.
  • Top/Bottom Heating: Traditionally bakes or roasts on one level, suitable for cakes with moist toppings, emitting heat evenly from above and below.

Additional Functions:

  • Rapid Heating: Quickly preheats the cooking compartment without accessories, saving time.
  • Cleaning Assistant for Wet-Cleaning: A dedicated cleaning function to facilitate cleaning the cooking area.
  • Oven Light: Illuminates the cooking compartment without heating.
