The more refrigerant the
device contains, the larger the
room in which the device is
installed.
In a space that is too small, a
leak can create a flammable
mixture of gas and air.
The room must be at least 1 m³
per 8 g of refrigerant. The
amount of refrigerant in your
appliance can be found on the
rating plate on the inside of the
appliance.
Technical safety
Fire hazard
A small amount of
environmentally friendly, but
flammable refrigerant (R600a)
flows through the pipes of the
refrigerant circuit. This does not
harm the ozone layer and does not
increase the greenhouse effect.
However, escaping refrigerant
can cause eye damage or catch
fire.
When setting up the device,
make sure that the
connecting cable is not
pinched or damaged.
