14 Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults in your device yourself. Use the troubleshooting
information before contacting customer service. In this way you avoid
unnecessary costs.
WARNING

Improper repairs are dangerous.
▶ Only trained specialists may carry out repairs on the device.
▶ Only original spare parts may be used to repair the device.
▶ If the power cord of this device is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its customer service or a similarly qualified person in order to
avoid hazards.
Disturbance Cause and troubleshooting
Device does not cool,
displays and lighting
light up.
Exhibition mode is on.
1.Turn off the device. →

2.Wait 2 minutes.
3.Turn the device back on. →

4.Wait 1 minute and then press and hold (refrigerator
compartment) until 4 acoustic signals are heard.
5.After a short time, check whether your device is cooling.
LED lighting
it does not work.
Different causes are possible.
▶ Call customer service.
The customer service number can be found in the
enclosed customer service directory.

No mistake. Pipes run in the side walls and heat up
during the cooling process. Furniture that touches the
device will not be damaged by the heat.
