Technical Assistance Service
Our Technical Assistance Service is available for repairs to the
appliance, for spare parts or accessories, and to answer any
queries in connection with our products or services. The
Technical Assistance Service contact details are provided in
the attached documentation.
Product number and serial number
When requesting our technical services, the appliance's
product number (ENr.) and serial number (FDNr.) should be
provided. These codes are found on the technical
characteristics label attached underneath the range and also in
the appliance documentation.
The Technical Assistance Service is not free of charge in the
event of misuse, even if the appliance is still within the
guarantee period.
