7.3 Montaggio/smontaggio del
motore con elemento di rinvio

Montaggio della scatola
• Avvitare la scatola (1) dell’elemento di
rinvio cinghia sul Linearmodulo.
Coppie di serraggio ! 1.4
Montaggio della prima puleggia
• Innestare la puleggia (2) con
l’elemento di bloccaggio e la cinghia
dentata applicata sul perno dell’asta
fi lettata.
• Regolare la distanza A rispetto alla
scatola.
Montaggio degli elementi di
bloccaggio
• Lubrifi care leggermente gli elementi di
bloccaggio.
c Non impiegare oli con aggiunta
di MoS
2
!
Tipo 1:
• Inserire l’elemento di bloccaggio (3).
• Avvitare le viti (4) nella puleggia e
stringerle leggermente.
Tipo 2 e 3:
• Inserire l’elemento di bloccaggio
completamente fi no all’arresto nella
puleggia.
• Serrare le viti uniformemente in più
fasi, passando alternativamente da
un punto a quello diagonalmente
opposto, fi no alle coppie di
serraggio M

7.3 Montage/démontage du
moteur à renvoi par poulies
et courroie
Montage du boîtier
• Visser le boîtier (1) du renvoi par
poulies et courroie sur le module
linéaire.
Couples de serrage ! 1.4
Montage de la première poulie
• Pousser la poulie (2) avec la frette
et la courroie crantée en place sur le
tourillon de broche.
• Régler l’écart A par rapport au boîtier.
Montage des frettes
• Huiler légèrement les frettes.
c Ne pas utiliser d’huile avec des
adjuvants MoS

Type 1 :
• Mettre en place la frette (3).
• Visser les vis (4) dans la poulie et les
serrer légèrement.
Types 2 et 3 :
• Pousser la frette jusqu’à ce quelle
touche la poulie.
• Serrer les vis en croix de manière
homogène, en plusieurs étapes,
jusqu’aux couples de serrage M

Installing housing
• Screw the housing (1) of the belt drive
gear to the linear module.
Tightening torques ! 1.4
Installing fi rst belt sprocket
• Position the belt sprocket (2) with the
locking assembly and toothed belt
fi tted on the spindle end.
• Set the distance A from the housing.
Installing locking assemblies
• Lubricate the locking assemblies
slightly.
c Never use oil with MoS
2
additives!
Type 1:
• Install the locking assembly (3).
• Screw the bolts (4) into the belt
sprocket and tighten slightly.
Types 2 and 3:
• Slide home the locking assembly in
the belt sprocket.
• Tighten the bolts diagonally, evenly
and in several stages to the tightening
torques M
