WARNING:
It is normal that small quantities of water (up
to 15 litres of water in a 24 hour period) are
released by the valve during the heating
cycle.Continuous leakage of water from the
valve may indicate a problem with the water
heater.
If the valve does not discharge water when
the easing gear is operated , or does not seal
again, a service call should be made without
delay.
The PTR valve is not serviceable.
CAUTION:
The activation of the thermal cut-out
indicates a possibly dangerous situation.
▶ Do not reset the thermal cut-out until the
water heater has been serviced by a
qualified person.
