How to fix Bosch Measuring Instruments when water does not get hot?

If your Bosch Measuring Instruments water isn't getting hot, first ensure the power supply is on and working. If the indicator light doesn't illuminate, check the high limit reset button. If the light works but the water remains cold, test for a plumbing crossover by shutting off the cold water supply and opening the hot water tap; any continuous flow indicates a crossover. Allow approximately 20 minutes for the water to heat up after filling the appliance. If problems persist, have a qualified technician test the heating element's resistance (8-10 ohms); replace the element if readings are outside this range.
