Fault Cause and troubleshooting
Drum cleaning is required.

Clean the drum. →Page34
"Hot" and the drum ro-
tates.
Not a fault. The cooling process is active.
No action required.
Note:Do not change the programme during the cool-
ing process. The cooling process takes up to 10
minutes.
All other error codes. Malfunction
1. Restart the appliance.
2. If the fault occurs again, disconnect the appliance
from the power supply for at least 30 seconds.
Unplug the appliance from the mains or switch off
the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
3. If the fault persists, call customer service.

The programme does
not start.
Childproof lock is activated.
