Cause and troubleshooting
▶ Remove impermissible extensions on the water drain
hose.

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
▶ Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.
"H:32" Imbalance control system stopped spinning due to
uneven laundry distribution.
▶ Redistribute the laundry in the drum.
A notice:Put large and small items of laundry together
in the drum. Items of laundry of different sizes spread
out better when spinning.
"E:30 / -10" and/or Water pressure is low. No
fix possible.
Filter in the water inlet is clogged.
▶ Clean the strainer in the water inlet.
Water tap is closed.
▶ Open the faucet.
Water inlet hose is kinked or pinched.
▶ Make sure the water inlet hose is not kinked or
pinched.
Water level measurement system defective.
A notice:With the error message, the device starts
a pumping process.
1.First wait about 5 minutes until the pumping
process is finished.
2.To reset the error message, switch off the device.
3.Turn the device back on.
4.If the error message appears again, call for service.
