Door cannot be
opened.

Water drain hose is connected too high.
▶ Mount the water drain hose at a maximum height
of 1 meter.
Pump cover is not assembled correctly.
▶ Assemble the pump cover correctly.
Detergent dosage is too high.
▶ Immediate measure: Mix a tablespoon of fabric
softener with 0.5 liters of water and pour the
mixture into the left chamber (not for outdoor,
sportswear and down textiles).
▶ For the next wash cycle with the same load, reduce
the amount of detergent.
Impermissible extension installed on the water drain
hose.
▶ Remove impermissible extensions on the water drain
hose.

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
▶ Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.
