What to do if one of the cube arrays of my Bose Speaker System does not play?

If one of your Bose Speaker System cube arrays isn't playing, here's what you can do: First, turn off your receiver or amplifier. Then, carefully check all the wiring connections, including the cube array to the Acoustimass module and the module to the receiver or amplifier. If you don't find any issues, disconnect the speaker wires from the back of the receiver. Reconnect only the wire from the problematic channel to the opposite channel on the receiver. Turn the balance control completely to the channel you've reconnected and power on the system. If the cube array now works, the issue is likely with your receiver or amplifier. Important: Do not connect the other cube array to the defective channel, as this could damage your speaker system.
