If your device needs a passcode, verify you've entered it correctly. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that it's within range of the speaker. Try turning off other nearby Bluetooth devices. You can also clear the speaker's memory by holding the Bluetooth button for ten seconds to pair a new device. Additionally, try turning the power off and on, then re-pairing your device.
