If your Bose Speakers won't pair with your mobile device, try the following: * Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on again on your mobile device. Remove the speaker from the Bluetooth list and pair again. * Clear your speaker’s pairing list by pressing and holding for 10 seconds. Then, delete the Bose Speakers from the Bluetooth list on your device and pair again. * Try pairing a different device to see if the issue is with the mobile device. * Reset your speaker.
