Why won't my Bose Headphone connect to my mobile device?

If your Bose Headphones are not connecting to your mobile device, first turn off the Bluetooth feature on your mobile device and then turn it back on before attempting to pair again. If that doesn't work, delete 'Bose AE2 SoundLink' from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device and try pairing again. Ensure that your mobile device is closer to the headphones and away from potential interference or obstructions. Try pairing with another mobile device to see if the issue persists. You can also clear the headphone memory: slide all the way up to the symbol and hold for ten seconds, then delete 'Bose AE2 SoundLink' from your mobile device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
